Returns

Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • The customer contacts the Company within the specified period after delivery

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer


Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered.
To receive a different product, customers must return the original item and place a new order.
